Stains include chemical reactive and/or penetrating stains over existing concrete, concrete overlays and new concrete toppings. New concrete toppings are usually color hardened to enhance the color of the stains. Overlays can be 1/8" thick (Micro-finish), ¼" minimum thick (Self-leveling toppings), and/or 1.5" thick (concrete toppings over new and existing concrete and wood surfaces). Concrete graphics and logos are applied by stencils, sand blasting, acid etching, and saw cut scoring. Cold cast metal plating is also applied using a wide variety of metals (see photos 4 and 5).
